Renfrow+Co is excited to highlight the promotion of Sai Pasupuleti to Director of Production. Sai steps into this role after serving as a highly effective Project Manager for over eight years in the company.
Sai’s journey with us began in 2017, when he joined our team as a project manager after working at B&D Contractors as lead engineer, designer, and lead estimator. Sai made his mark, showing the ability to manage complex projects. Notably, his very first project at Renfrow+Co was Galleria Place Two, where he managed the metalwork and woodwork installation.
Since then, Sai has managed many significant projects, able to adapt to many roles within the company. His portfolio includes the multi-year Memorial Park expansion and Houston Botanic Garden, among others. His hands-on approach and “jack of all trades” skillset, combined with an understanding of a project’s scope, have been instrumental in his success.
“I don’t see this as just a promotion,” Sai shared, reflecting on his new role. “It’s about helping the company function more efficiently, looking at all projects together, and standardizing our processes so we can consistently deliver excellence.”
As Director of Production, Sai will oversee Renfrow’s portfolio of projects, focusing on standardizing procedures across billings, submittals, and resource allocation. He aims to “synchronize” the design, purchasing, fabrication, and installation teams, creating a collaborative environment where communication flows easily within our organization. While taking on these broader responsibilities, Sai will continue to leverage his project management expertise. His goal is to see projects managed systematically from kickoff to completion.
