In the fast-growing residential community of Cross Creek West, we had the chance to help create a unique landmark for the neighborhood’s second phase. Working alongside SWA, DL Meacham, and Johnson Development, it was our job to translate this roundabout structure into reality.
After reviewing the existing design, we modified the original plans to ensure a smooth design in our shop. This collaboration allowed us to keep the cool visual look they wanted while optimizing the construction process.
The end result is a three-tiered structure with steel walls and colorful lighting that matches other features in the community. It’s a vibrant centerpiece for the neighborhood, and we even built it with removable panels to make any future electrical work easy to access.
The biggest challenge was making sure all the different parts would fit exactly together once we got them on-site. By planning everything out with the design team, we methodically made modifications, making sure it all came together perfectly. In the end, we delivered a finished product that looked exactly like what was imagined, which is always the goal!
