What would people never guess you do in your role?
Everything that needs to be done. The only thing I haven’t done at Renfrow might be welding.
Which of the Renfrow+Co points of emphasis resonates the most with you?
You have to have Deep Knowledge. When you go to a project, you obviously need to understand your scope, but you really need to understand the overall scope.
Who was the most influential person to you as a child?
Interestingly, Sam Houston, since we were born on the same day (March 2). March 2 is also Texas Independence Day from Mexico. You see, I’m a real Texan at heart.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Once I finish my PhD in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, I’ll be proud of that accomplishment. I just want the title of “Doctor” before my name.
If you could meet anyone from any time period, who would it be and why?
I’d like to meet Michael Schumacher, the great champion race car driver.
