I want to continue developing as a shop manager and expand my role in project or operations management. For example, learn more about the design of the drawings and the estimation of the projects.

I would tell them to come in with an open mind and a willingness to learn. Every company has its way of doing things, and at Renfrow+Co, we take pride in our teamwork, attention to detail, and quality of our work. Even if they have experience from other places, it’s important to understand and respect how we do things here. Being flexible and working well with the team will help them succeed.

Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family. I also enjoy going out with friends occasionally, attending church, and playing the guitar. I’ve been playing the guitar since I was 14 years old. Most of my time, I try to spend with my family, especially since I’ve had my first baby.

When I was a kid, I wanted to be a nurse, like a doctor. I think I was drawn to the idea of helping people and doing something meaningful. Even though I ended up in a different industry, that desire to help and support others stayed with me, especially in how I work with my team and lead in my current role.
