What do you enjoy most about working at Renfrow+Co?

They appreciate my experience. That’s the main thing I enjoy about working here. The energy and enthusiasm within the company, and that I get to be part of helping a company grow. They recognize that I have ideas that will work, and that based on experience, I can make them work.

What would people never guess you do in your role?

Designing and engineering projects that are unusual. I use a lot of my expertise to gauge how long it takes to build something. That helps a lot as an estimator; having experience with working in the shop and taking that out to the job site.

What advice would you give a candidate wanting to join our team?

Be open-minded and willing to learn.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

I didn’t really have a profession in mind. I knew that I wanted to be like my father and his friends because they were all World War II veterans. I knew that if I could be like them I would be successful.
